Climate distress

Cracked Ground
Flood

You may have noticed that the images I've chosen for my website are all of scenes from the natural world. Connecting with and being a part of nature with the least impact is an interest and passion of mine. Facing climate breakdown, ecological destruction and biodiversity loss is an overwhelming prospect. It is natural and normal to experience a whole range of emotions when confronted with these crises, such as grief, anger and despair. However, it is not always easy to express how we feel to others and this can feel isolating.

My sessions can offer you a non-judgemental, empathetic space to explore this topic. I have undergone specific climate-awareness training for practitioners and I'm an active member of the Climate Psychology Alliance offering therapeutic support to activists and others affected by the climate crisis. Please find more information about the therapeutic support offered by the CPA here
